FOOD AND NUTRITION

 

 

With hunger, famine and malnutrition still an everyday occurrence across the world, food, and nutrition is at the heart of what we do. Since our Launch, in May 2013 we have sent over thousands of food packs to families in need. The need for food has never been greater in Syria. At H4H we have several projects that aim to provide food and nutrition to the Syrian people.

FOOD PACKS

One Food pack will cost £30 and will support a family of 4. Help us raise £50,000 to support thousands of people. Each food pack contains Egyptian rice, European sugar, burglar, sunflower oil, tomato paste, salt, ghee, vermicelli, pasta, flour, red lentils, green lentils, tea brand karza, dates, and thyme.

FLOUR

Flour for Syria to make fresh bread 1 bag – £15 (50kg), 1 Ton (1000kg) £300

AQIQAH & QURBANI

 

We will carry out your Aqiqah and Qurbani in Syria, prioritising those in extreme poverty to benefit those in the neediest areas including orphans, widows, the elderly, and the disabled.

Orphans and Windows

There is no shortage of trials and tribulations faced by the victims of the ongoing conflict in Syria.

When a family loses one or worse both parents. Not only do they have to deal with the tragic loss of family, but they also must deal with the loss of income and means of survival.
