Low maintenance, simple technology-based water wells are ANO’s mission in underdeveloped countries such as Togo, Benin (link to FB page), and Malawi. In rural areas, they are a lifeline for the inhabitants as water contamination often leads to cholera, chronic dysentery, and in extreme cases, death.
